I went all over town, all over the country in this case. All I
was looking to do was call someone, tell them what I wanted - and
expect 24 shirts to show up at my doorstep. When I called
theSource my search ended. Luis at theSource was so helpful, he
asked me a couple of questions over the phone, sizes, colors, and
most important DEADLINE.... In before my deadline, just as
expected a box with 24 beautiful printed shirts showed up at my
office. Since then, all I do is make a call, answer a few

I was stuck. I'd sent my job to a place in California (nothing
wrong with Cali, I love cali-for-naYE) and was promised my flyers by
Friday.... It was now Tuesday and with shipping, I knew the package
wouldn't arrive on time. I was stuck. So I called
773-221-4020..... the guy answered "Printshop". I told him my
story and my dilemma, I explained that I was in a bind and needed
10,000 BowWow flyers by Friday (it was now Tuesday). The guy
says: "email me your artwork". Within the hour, I had digital
online proofs, and a guarantee that I would have my flyers on Friday
for promotion at the AllState arena.......
Thursday midnight, i received an email that read: "Greetings
Sam, your 10,000 flyers are finished and will be ready for pick up
anytime tomorrow. I was at the Chicago office first thing
Friday, picked up my box, paid my balance and was on my way to a
wonderful day of promotion.

I needed 12 lawnsigns with a custom message. This was my 1st
year offering lawn care services. So I called theSource.
The reps at theSource have so many years of experience that they
were able to "interview" me over the phone, asked a few questions
and in a couple of days, I received an email with online digital
proofs, the lawnsigns looked great! So great that out of that
same layout, I then requested doorhangers and business cards.
TheSource rep was able to work out a package deal and met my budget.
Now, every season my 1st call is to theSource, my artwork is on file
so all I do is say: "I need some more".... they know what's up.....

Everybody offers the "best price", "quick turnaround", "professional
service", etc.... bla bla bla... I hear it all the time. I
print about 10,000 postcards a month for my direct mail marketing.
From my experience these words quick this, pro that, etc are way too
over used. When I called theSource, they didn't try to sell me
on "we are the best", "only we can help you", etc. Instead,
theSource rep asked me exactly what I wanted, when I wanted it and
how I wanted it..... Instead of wasting time telling me so
much about them, theSource concentrated on ME and what I needed.
By understanding what I needed, theSource was able to meet my
request on time, and that's why till this day I still use theSource.
Now, I'm the one saying that to me, theSource is the best, most
professional and speedy promotional products provider.

I just started selling AVON products a couple of months ago. 2
weeks ago, I ordered a set of customized business cards from
theSource. All I did was tell them my name, phone number,
website address and my 2 favorite colors (pink and purple).
That was it! The entire thing cost me under $100 and they look
beautiful. All my colleagues are raving about my cards and
now, I don't have to write my name on all those AVON books, instead,

My partners and I just opened our Vegas office. We are in
charge of promotion for local night clubs, bars and restaurants.
This new great large office space has many walls available for
displaying our custom artwork. We picked some black and white
prints from our artwork collections, emailed hi-resolutions to
theSource and in 1 week we had a roll delivered to our office with 6
beautiful 3feet by 6feet prints. We mounted these on
foam-board and they look awesome. The matte finish truly make
these prints look hand painted. I will be sure to call

I cut a deal with a local newspaper. The deal was a quarter
page color advertisement for 5 day display from Wednesday - Sunday.
The artwork was due the Wednesday before.... I tried and tried
and couldn't put it together, besides, I sell cars, I'm not a
graphic designer..... The deadline was getting closer and with
the newspapers no refund policy, I had over 1.5k invested. I
called theSource, since 3 months before I'd done an order of
doorhangers, I requested Luis at theSource if he would forward me
the artwork.... He said "No Problem Henry". Then he asked:
"what for"? I told him about the newspaper deal..... then he
said: "the newspaper printer will require a certain type of
file and he had to modify it", bla bla bla was all I heard....
I gave him my sales rep's eMail address and he took care of emailng
the correct artwork to the newspaper, took him half hour. I
met the deadline and since theSource provided high resolution full
color artwork to the paper, the advertisement looked great!
The best part was when I asked Luis for my total bill for his
services.... He said: "the bill was paid when you ordered last
time". Just another perk of having a friend on the inside!

I've been offering towing services in my area since 2001.
Lately, new city ordinances went into effect that forced me to
provide all clients with certain policies, disclaimers and required
information. The city really made it difficult to understand
exactly what they required. I called theSource and explained
my dilemma..... Mr Luis at theSource told me: "oh, yeah, you need a
municipal code on all your receipts, I have the code on file, so
just come in". This guy had done plenty of these jobs, so he
was able to produce my project quickly and correctly, avoiding fines
and city fees (up to $500.00) for not having this requirement.
